Refund/Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for exchange or refund.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. You must:
Notify us within five business days of receipt that the item(s) were damaged during shipment or an incorrect item or defective item was shipped to you.
Please retain the
original packaging and materials. We will apply for an insurance
refund from the shipment carrier.
The carrier (Fedex or UPS) may pick
up the damaged item and packaging in order to determine if the claim
will be paid.
Items that are defective or damaged during shipment and shipped from us will qualify for replacement of the item(s). If you received an item that you did not order, we will send a call tag from the carrier to have the item returned to us and your account will be credited if you were charged for the item.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
